Ladies, come refresh your mind, body and spirit! 

What is REFRESH? Think of Pinterest with real people! The day consists of workshops, luncheon, devotional, and other surprises! Feel free to bring a friend!

We have 15 workshops for you to choose from! Choose ONE workshop for each of our FIVE sessions (workshops are limited to a maximum of 25 during each session). 

Please write down your selections before completing your registration. Unfortunately, your confirmation email is unable to include your choices—the next time you see your selections will be at the event.

Lunch Options:
All sandwiches and wraps come with chips, veggies & dip, pasta salad & cheesecake. All salads come with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, carrots, dressing and cheesecake) 

CAFE CLUB SANDWICH - Oven roasted turkey breast and Virginia baked ham topped with bacon, cheddar & provolone cheese on honey wheat bread.

CASHEW CHICKEN SANDWICH - Tender chunks of chicken breast blended with cashews and sweet celery, seasoned to perfection. Served on fresh baked sourdough bread.

VEGETARIAN SANDWICH - Sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, green pepper and sprouts with provolone and cheddar cheese on our famous honey wheat bread.

TURKEY RANCH WRAP - Turkey, ranch dressing, lettuce, swiss cheese, tomato on a wrap.

CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP - Sliced chicken breast, Caesar dressing, lettuce, parmesan cheese on a wrap.

MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD (gluten free) - Tender sliced chicken breast, mandarin oranges and slivered almonds on top of fresh salad greens. Served with sesame ginger dressing on the side.

STRAWBERRY GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD (gluten free) - Grilled chicken breast, strawberries and Feta cheese make this a sweet and savory favorite. Served with Vidalia onion dressing on the side.

SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN SALAD - Crisp salad greens topped with tender slices of chicken and drizzled with our special BBQ ranch dressing. Next we add corn, black beans and tortilla strips to make this a taste sensation!
