What is STEPS?
More than anything, STEPS is an opportunity for you to grow in your spiritual life and be discipled in the faith. If you have ever wanted to get serious about your relationship with God, but didn't know where to start, STEPS is for you!
STEPS is a discipleship ministry that offers a variety of Bible classes each semester on everything from basic discipleship to New Testament Greek; from Financial Peace University to parenting. These encouraging and uplifting Bible studies are a great way to move forward in your spritual life and to connect with your church family.
It's been said that the most rewarding journey in our life is our walk with God. STEPS will equip you to be successful on that journey.
Since STEPS began in the spring of 2003, hundreds of people have been impacted by this life-changing ministry. STEPS stands for S-saved, T-totally committed, E-exalting God, P-pursuing excellence, S-serving others.

Current Classes Being Offered:
1. DISCIPLESHIP: The Journey of Faith (With Bill Griffin)
If you have ever wanted to get serious about your faith, but didn't know where to start, this class is for you! Come discover what it means to know God and to follow Him with all your heart!
2. THE TRUTH PROJECT: Embracing a Biblical Worldview (with Dan Stuart)
The Truth Project will help you see life from a biblical perspective. The topics include: What is truth?, Who is man?, Who is God?, Science: What is truth?, Philosophy & Ethics, History, and Sociology. Learn how to defend and embrace a biblical worldview.

3. FINCANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY (With Ken & Rosa Liston):
Financial Peace University is a life-changing study that will teach you to honor God in how you handle your finances. Come learn the practical skills and gain the confidence needed to achieve proper financial goals and experience true financial peace.

4. WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY: The Life of David (With Patti Glover)
David was God's chosen servant but he made mistakes. And though he was redeemed, he still grappled with the choices he made. But he was transformed, and we can be too. Come join us for this exciting and encouraging Women's Bible study.

5. MEN'S BIBLE STUDY: A Study of James (With Bob Kuenning)
Th
is study of James - "Being God's Man in the Face of Temptation" zeros in on the "top eight temptations" that every man faces: "Fold when hard times come, undisciplined thought-life, sexual temptation, fudge when it comes to obedience, comparisons, let loose with your tongue in anger, believe the myth of materialism, and live in isolation from other men." Men--come be a part of this challenging Bible study.

6. SPANISH FOR EVANGELISM: Sharing Your Faith (With Heidi Kaufman)
Learn to share your faith in Spanish. This interactive class features Spanish grammar and missionary reports.
REGISTRATION: $15 (if a new student)
When Does STEPS Meet?
STEPS meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. (with some classes finishing at 8:30 p.m.)

*STEPS classes very in length, from four to twelve weeks. You do not need to wait until the beginning of a semester or module to be a part of STEPS. You are welcome to begin at any time.

For Children: Nursury and AWANA Children's Ministry
For Teens: Junior and Senior High Youth Ministry.
What Is STEPS Like?
When you arrive, you will be warmly greeted at the dor. There will be people to help you and your family get to where you need to be.
You will be invited to put on a nametag, and to enjoy a cup of coffee from our coffee shop.
Each semester a number of classes are offered. Some classes have a registration fee that covers the cost of the materials used in the class. Please know that while yo uare welcome to be a part of any of our STEPS classes, it is important that you register for your class ahead of time whenever possible.
Each STEPS class is warm and inviting. You will know that you are among friends.
Each STEPS teacher is committed to faithfully teaching the truths of God's Word in an encouraging manner. You will have the opportunity to dialog, ask questions, and forge friendships with others.
